As the Founder and Lead Coach at The Healing Couch, Emma is dedicated to supporting women and individuals in navigating the emotional challenges of life-altering transitions. With more than 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles within luxury events and hospitality, Emma built a thriving career focused on business development, customer service excellence and driving organizational growth.
However, Emma’s true calling emerged from a deeply personal journey. After leaving a toxic, controlling relationship that left lasting emotional scars on both her and her children, she made the brave decision to step away from her successful career to focus on healing and supporting her children through the challenging transition.

Private Coaching Sessions

£70.00
Each 60-minute private coaching session is priced at £70.00 when booked individually. However, to help you get the most value and ensure consistent progress, we recommend booking one of the following package options:
5-Session Package: £325.00 (Save £25)
10-Session Package: £650.00 (Save £50)
These sessions can be held either in-person or online, based on your preference. Most of our programs run for 5-10 weeks, depending on the specific areas we focus on.

Group Online Sessions

£30.00
If you enjoy learning in a supportive group environment, We offer small group coaching sessions every Wednesday evening at 7:00 PM for 60 minutes.
Over the course of six weeks, we will cover a different theme each week. This format allows you to explore challenges in more depth and identify areas where you may benefit from one-on-one.
Group Session Pricing: £30.00 per session, based on a 6-week program

New Mum Online Sessions

We understand this journey is personal and unique. Our experienced team helps you regain confidence, find balance and embrace your new chapter with strength and clarity. Join our small group coaching sessions every Tuesday at 11.00am or Thursday at 7:00pm for 60 minutes. Over six weeks, we’ll explore a new theme each week, giving you the chance to explore each area and identify where one-on-one support may be helpful.
Group Session Pricing: £30.00 per session, based on a 6-week program

Young Adult Coaching

£30.00
Young adult coaching is ideal for individuals who feel easily overwhelmed, struggle with motivation, or find it challenging to manage daily tasks and routines. We focus on identifying obstacles, creating clear and simple routines and providing support in building self-love and confidence to set you up for success.
This is perfect for young adult over the age of 15 year of age.
All sessions must be pre-booked and prepaid prior to your sessions, cancellation charges will apply in line with our client engagement Terms & conditions.
