We offer both online and in-person sessions. Giving you the flexibility to choose what works best for you. Each session last 60 minutes, dedicated to providing the time, support and guidance you need for your personal growth and transformation.
Book a free, no-obligation 60-minute discovery session where we’ll dive into your goals, identify any obstacles and uncover the steps to help you achieve your best self. This is a great opportunity to gain clarity on your path forward and begin crafting your action plan.
Each 60-minute private coaching session is priced at £70.00 when booked individually. However, to help you get the most value and ensure consistent progress, we recommend booking one of the following package options:

These sessions can be held either in-person or online, based on your preference. Most of our programs run for 5-10 weeks, depending on the specific areas we focus on.
If you enjoy learning in a supportive group environment, We offer small group coaching sessions every Wednesday evening at 7:00 PM for 60 minutes.
Over the course of six weeks, we will cover a different theme each week. This format allows you to explore challenges in more depth and identify areas where you may benefit from one-on-one.

Young adult coaching is ideal for individuals who feel easily overwhelmed, struggle with motivation, or find it challenging to manage daily tasks and routines. We focus on identifying obstacles, creating clear and simple routines and providing support in building self-love and confidence to set you up for success.
This is perfect for young adult over the age of 15 year of age.

With more than 20 years of experience in senior leadership roles within luxury events and hospitality, Emma built a thriving career focused on business development, customer service excellence and driving organisational growth.
However, Emma’s true calling emerged from a deeply personal journey. After leaving a toxic, controlling relationship that left lasting emotional scars on both her and her children, she made the brave decision to step away from her successful career to focus on healing and supporting her children through the challenging transition. It was during this transformative period that Emma discovered her purpose: empowering women and individuals to reclaim their lives after trauma, toxic relationships and personal loss.
Emma's passion for helping others stems from her own experiences of emotional turmoil, isolation, and the complex struggle of breaking free from an abusive relationship. She draws from this journey to offer deep empathy and a unique, compassionate approach to coaching—ensuring that no one faces this kind of challenge alone.
As a mother to two children, Emma understands firsthand the delicate balance of being a solo parent while building a career and providing for her family. Like so many mothers, she has experienced the real and often overwhelming feeling of mum guilt—the constant pull between wanting to be present for her children and the demands of a professional life. Yet, despite the challenges, Emma has found a way to nurture a healthy, positive co-parenting relationship with her children's father, ensuring that her children grow up with the benefit of a well-rounded, supportive environment. She believes in the importance of putting the children’s needs first and creating a foundation of stability and love through open communication and mutual respect.
